Organize all initiatives into three buckets:

3. **What we're NOT doing** (3-5 items): Explicitly state what was considered and deprioritized, with a 1-sentence rationale for each. This builds trust.
4. **Risks and dependencies**: What could shift the roadmap? External factors, team capacity, technical unknowns.
5. **Open questions**: Decisions that need stakeholder input before the roadmap is finalized.

- Explain sequencing rationale, not just the list.
- Don't over-commit: "Later" items should feel directional, not promised.
- Write for the stated stakeholder audience (exec vs. team vs. customer).
